Data updates up to Nov 2015, intra-European flight flown study.

The following changes have been delivered in this release:

1. Update: Data download files updated up to November 2015 (when applicable).
2. New: En-route ATFM delay indicator for FABs now based on FIR.
3. New: “Flight flows within Europe study.”
